 Men’s Ministry

MERGE


Men of Integrity group meets every Friday at noon at the Pizza Ranch. An opportunity for fellowship, food, and planning special ministry projects. Click on the Men's Ministry header for ministry activities and updates!


Women’s Ministry GIRLFRIENDS

 

Ladies of the church meet together to develop relationships, participate in Bible studies, work on projects, and plan special events such as holiday and college baskets for delivery. Click on the Women's Ministry header for ministry activities and updates!


Youth Ministry


Jr. and Sr. High youth meet weekly to learn about God’s plan for their lives. We provide opportunities for community and foreign country mission trips.

 

Youth Group is held in "The Garage" on Sundays at 7pm. High schoolers of any or no denomination are invited to join us!


An active Awana program runs weekly during the school year. Cubbies, Sparks, T&T, and Trek provide children from 3 years old through 8th grade a fun way to learn about God and His promises.

 

Nursery

 

A nursery for children newborn to 3 years of age is provided by volunteers during Learning for Life and Worship Services each week. 


 

Learning for Life

 

Learning for Life is our adult and children's Sunday School ministry.  We are starting on our Fall schedule for all ages.  We meet at 9:15am every Sunday.

 


 

 Worship Ministry


We believe in Spirit-filled worship at New Life and we are always looking for ways to create a favorable atmosphere for the manifestation of the Holy Spirit. Our prayer is that each of the songs we sing would draw us closer to the God we serve.


Missions


Our church is active in mission trips to places like the Ukraine and Mexico. We also sponsor several missionary families that are busy reaching parts of the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ in places like the Ukraine, Japan, Philippines, Cameroon, and Ethiopia. New Life Network

 

This family network is provided for our church congregation to aid families with projects and temporary help to complete projects. Resources for the family network are available at the Welcome Center in the church.

 

Small Group Studies

 

Our church is very active in small group Bible studies.  The small group studies are an integral part of our ministry.  The studies provide opportunities for relationship building and spiritual growth.  Our small groups will be starting again in the Fall. Stay Tuned!


PROJECT BACKPACK

 

Our church is the central location and distribution site for Project Backpack.  This program supplies backpacks and start-up school supplies to income-eligible kids in the Ortonville and Big Stone City schools. Click on

PROJECT HOPE

NLCB teamed up with Abiding Faith Lutheran church to help families in our community.  We each have one family we are responsible for as well as one family we will share.  Monetary donations are always welcome.  We may be asking for specific items as time goes on too.  We hope we can be a blessing to these families by sharing the blessings God has given us.
